Welcome to AppCash. By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and the activity that occurs under it. Do not share your credentials or create multiple accounts to manipulate rewards.

3. Points and Rewards

• Points are earned by completing tasks such as downloading apps, answering surveys, or watching videos.
• Points have no cash value until redeemed through the options provided in the app.
• We may adjust, withhold, or revoke points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Payout methods and minimum thresholds are subject to change at any time.

4. Third‑Party Offers

Some tasks are provided by third‑party partners. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party and may be governed by additional terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• No automated tools, bots, emulators, or VPN/Proxy abuse.
• No misleading information, duplicate accounts, or attempts to game offers.
• No reverse engineering, interfering with the Service, or violating applicable laws.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for behavior that harms the Service or violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPCASH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
